PUPPET ALAN WATTS

Puppet Alan Watts is the first in a project called “Future Zen Puppetry” - Reviving cosmic thinkers with life changing ideas. Alan Watts and his friends are recreated as puppets and recite their most significant talks to festival audiences. The Puppets mime recordings of the original talks rather than reciting them in a comical voice, giving the performance an uncanny sense of weight. These slightly tongue in cheek puppets are exaggerated caricatures of their human counterparts but are created with the utmost love and respect. The aim is to spread the message of these characters than to simply poke fun at them.
